About Michelle

Hi, I’m Michelle.

I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), Métis artist, and facilitator based in the Fraser Valley, BC. I support individuals, groups, and organizations in building more connected, resilient relationships—with themselves and others.
My counselling work focuses on helping adults move out of unhealthy patterns and into emotional regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful connection. My approach is trauma-informed and experiential, so you don’t just talk about change—you learn how to feel and practice it.
As a woman of Filipino, Métis, and European ancestry, I bring a culturally grounded lens to my work, integrating Western approaches with Indigenous ways of knowing. I also design and facilitate workshops for teams and communities, focusing on communication, burnout, and relational leadership—often incorporating creative, hands-on experiences like Métis beadwork-inspired dot art.
As a working mom, I understand the realities of balancing life and growth. The tools I offer are ones I use in my own life, allowing me to show up in a way that is authentic, grounded, and relational.
