About Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle. As a dedicated Counsellor based in Langley, BC, I specialize in helping adults break free from unhealthy relationship patterns to rediscover joy and purpose. My sessions are experiential, ensuring you don’t just talk about change, you feel it. As a mixed first generation Filipino, Métis, and European Canadian, I bring a nuanced understanding of cultural identity and generational trauma to my work. Through my own journey, I’ve come to recognize how complex family dynamics and upbringing influence current relationships and personal challenges. As a working mom, I understand the delicate balance of managing life’s demands while striving to prioritize self-care and growth. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with my clients, offering empathetic support and practical tools to foster balance, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am passionate about this work and believe it’s essential for a Counsellor to actively engage in their own healing process. Any techniques I apply in our sessions are ones I’ve personally practiced and found transformative, ensuring an authentic and grounded approach to your growth.
