This two-day therapeutic workshop fosters a nurturing atmosphere for healing, connection, and personal growth. A culturally grounded, trauma-informed workshop that empowers Métis women to reclaim their voices, build resilience, and foster deep connections through education, storytelling, cultural engagement, and transformational group processing.
Empowering Connections
Join us for a two-day educational and experiential workshop designed to empower professionals supporting themselves while serving Métis communities. Open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous service providers, this workshop equips participants with the knowledge and relational skills needed to foster culturally safe, trauma-informed, and strengths-based connections with Métis individuals and families.
Healing from Difficult Relationships
Experience connection and healing in our support group therapy sessions, limited to 5 participants. These monthly drop-in sessions create a safe space for exploring relational trauma, boundaries, self-esteem, and coping patterns. Through psychoeducation and therapeutic techniques, we promote self-discovery and emotional resilience, making it ideal for those with prior counselling experience seeking lasting transformation. Located in Langley, BC by invite only.
